Interventional Imaging Specialist - Radiology

Location: Apple Valley, CA

Work Schedule: Full Time - 80 Biweekly Hours

Shift: 10-hour, Days (Variable Shift)

Under general supervision, the interventional imaging specialist assists Radiologists, cardiologists and vascular surgeons in the performance of interventional, angiographic, and therapeutic procedures for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients by imaging, or scrub assisting for these physicians while maintaining a safe quality patient environment. Also operates conventional, fluoroscopic or portable radiology equipment to obtain radiographs according to physician specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training - Completion of Radiologic Technologist program.

  • 2 years Experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital environment.

  • Current Certified California Radiology Technologist (CRT) = C00050.

  • Current Fluoroscopy Permit = F00005.

  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider = B00010.
