Providence is calling a full time, day shift Licensed Vocational Nurse to Providence Saint Joseph Home Health based in Burbank, CA.

In this position you will:
Provide professional nursing care under supervision.
Provide care to assigned patients and their care givers in the home setting.
Demonstrate proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient population (e.g infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics) and participate in related continuing education.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current unencumbered California LVN license
Minimum 1-year previous medical/surgical experience as a licensed vocational license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers sponsored by the American Heart Association
IV Therapy certification
Valid Driver's License
Meets minimum state requirement for auto insurance
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
One year recent home health/home hospice experience
Computer skills for EMR documentation
