Providence Logistics Administrator in California


We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to:

  • Support Clinical Informatics through the coordination of informatics activities, and delivery of training classes for an assigned region

  • Partner with CI Education and Adoption, Clinical Informatics and Training Teams

  • Support training and education sessions and other training related logistics for the region as assigned

  • Perform all duties in a manner that promotes Providence mission, values and philosophy. In all aspects, he/she serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Anticipates the information needs of others

  • Utilizes multiple communication tools to connect clearly and concisely with all customers

  • 25% travel required within the region to support training rooms and training sessions

  • Effectively uses standard tools and processes to perform job duties


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED; High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two (2) years of experience in business or classroom environment

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Project Coordination experience

  • Clinical Setting experience
