Amazing opportunity to transform the future of healthcare for 200K workers that rely on our technology infrastructure and modernization solutions. This is NOT your typical traditional healthcare project/program management position. You will be working with high-performance teams in an agile environment expanding beyond virtual desktops and apps to define our next generation workspace. You’ll put your experience and ideas to work every day, tackling a wide scope of responsibilities for multiple small and medium-sized projects. We want to see you understand the “why” behind our team’s work and strive for clarity in what our team and stakeholders are trying to achieve. You will serve as the primary facilitator for your teams and proactively look for barriers that stand in the way of momentum. You are passionate about agile methodologies, have a knack for evangelizing Scrum and helping team members transition to Scrum best practices. Our successful transition to leverage the latest cloud and virtual workspace technologies depends on your ability to successfully develop detailed project plans, facilitate our team’s work, and proactively communicate project health to the team, senior management, and executive leadership.

Demonstrates a strategic understanding of the timing and rationale for design choices for a feature area.

  • Caregiver lifecycle: Drives the process to develop tools and materials that will be used by caregiver support, marketing, or sales to drive education and adoption. Participates in design, code, and test planning and reviews, and shares best practices across the team. Identifies feature-level dependencies and establishes milestone release criteria to manage them.

  • Solution and Service ownership: Has a sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, completeness, and resulting user experience for the life of the solution/service. Identifies unaddressed issues and resolves, escalates, or finds the appropriate owner to ensure the highest level of quality. Uses the solution/service regularly to understand it thoroughly and discover ways to improve it.

  • Program Management functions: Proactively manages client expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the project/program lifecycle. Develops and gains sponsor approval for project delivery dates. Manage portfolio programs with low/medium complexity, strategic priority and/or visibility, system and/or regional priority.
