Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Senior System Analyst Talent Acquisition (TA). This is a 100% remote work position. This position is open to Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California or Texas.

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst Talent Acquisition (TA) PSJH to provide technical and analytical consultation and support to Talent Acquisition (TA) for TA system and technology needs across Providence and its affiliates. The Talent Acquisition (TA) System Senior Analyst maintains "expert" status in the recruitment systems and procedures.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) System Senior Analyst is a highly collaborative, analytical and systems savvy individual who provides consultative expertise and oversight of recruiting systems and processes. This role will focus on current and future systems optimization, as well as, implementation of new recruiting modules, and the integration with other existing IT systems. Furthermore, this role acts as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition (TA) Systems team, staffing, business units, enterprise application team, TA vendors, Onboarding and the HRIS team.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to: development, implementation, management, training and monitoring of TA information systems. Actively participates in creating audit plans, schedules and testing of system upgrades and new configurations. This position also identifies, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of system wide Talent Acquisition (TA) and human resources related data.

Proficiency

Partner with TA Systems manager to deliver complex cross-functional projects in order to meet and exceed scope, cost and schedule; acts as a subject matter expert for all TA systems/modules, actively participates in optimization by driving the definition and organization of business requirements and other user requests; proactively eliminates bottlenecks and balances the business needs versus technical constraints; identifies, assesses, tracks and helps mitigate or avoid issues and risks at multiple levels; creates, maintains and disseminates project information to stakeholders.

Systems

Partner with TA Systems manager to configure Taleo ATS workflow and integrations; collaborate to provide systems requirements, based on business and department needs; evaluate and prepare Taleo's optimization, and partner with HRIS team on the integration with Lawson; partner with IT on integrations between ATS and other related people systems; proactively configure systems based on business drivers and day-to-day systems optimization; suggest, design, implement and provide solutions and efficiencies; ensure system meets all data privacy, compliance and regulations.

Business Analysis

Drive effective business requirement gathering, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams with competing priorities; build consensus on operational and technical decisions, while delivering high quality results; increase the productivity of internal teams by suggesting design and workflow improvements and fixes; drive efficient reporting metrics and analytics solutions; consult on reporting needed for various audiences (Recruiting team and HR Operations); configurations to optimize evolving recruiting needs and processes.

Provide consultation and support to Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership, ministries of Providence Health & Services, Swedish Health System and Talent Acquisition (TA) staff.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Function as a subject matter expert for all TA systems/modules and actively participate in their optimization to ensure efficient TA operations, processing and report generation.

  • Drive the definition and organization of business requirements and other user requests for automation of information and systems within talent acquisition.

  • In partnership with team mates, develop and conduct ongoing system wide recruiter and customer training associated with technology and process changes.

  • Function as the ATS and CRM systems expert, managing talent acquisition help tickets to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Act as a resource for talent acquisition system and design questions for all existing and proposed information systems.

  • Define, verify and audit report data based on customer specifications and talent acquisition data knowledge.

  • Develop and work with the employment brand team to communicate system changes.

  • Work with local, regional and system leadership and project teams to identify, design, test and implement new systems or improvements to existing systems and associated procedures.

  • Coordinate with system wide HR and Talent Acquisition staff and other customers to analyze and satisfy information needs through production of established reports or utilization of various tools and applications to develop new reports.

  • Investigate, resolve, and perform follow up tasks on process and system related problems.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent educ/experience

  • 5 years related experience

  • Recruitment ATS technology, Marketing or Sales CRMs or HRIS systems. Experience with the design, development, implementation or optimization of systems across the software development life cycle. Experience consulting on technology solutions, and building business requirements and process improvement.

  • Developing reports in an enterprise reporting tool with proficient knowledge of relationship databases and business intelligence systems.

  • Project management and leading cross-functional projects and or/systems implementations, optimizations, or upgrades in a large company with 5,000 employees.

  • Other HR, TA, Sales or Marketing Systems and solutions experience - Video Interviewing, Mobile Apps etc.

  • Experience working with technical development staff

  • Demonstrated proficient report writing experience using enterprise reporting tools
