Senior Communities Program and Service Coordinator - Community Resource Center
Location: Rio Dell, CA
Work Schedule: Full time - 80 Biweekly Hours
Shift: 8-hour, Days
The Sr. Communities Program/Service Coordinator of the CRCs provides person-centered service planning that links vulnerable individuals to the services and resources they need to strengthen their health, stability, connectedness to family and community. The Coordinator works independently and is responsible for supervising support staff placed at the CRC which includes interns from local colleges and universities, contract workers, Americorps members, volunteers and others. The Sr. Communities Program/Service Coordinator is also responsible for program development, building strong community relationships and identifying new opportunities for partnership in the geographic area in which they serve.
Bachelor's Degree Social work, social services or other health related field.
2 years Experience working with non-profits, social services and local communities.
Event planning experience.
Valid California Driver’s license.
