Providence Marketing Automation Senior Manager PSJH in Irvine, California
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Marketing Automation Senior Manager PSJH to our location in Renton, WA or Irvine, CA.
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Senior Manager PSJH who will be responsible for developing and executing Providence’s digital engagement and marketing automation strategy. This role will utilize marketing automation strategies in digital and emerging marketing channels to create relevant, personalized, triggered campaigns that will drive increased customer acquisition and maximize lifetime value for existing PSJH customers.
The role is perfect for a smart, process-oriented, data-driven digital marketer who’s passionate about how consumers interact with online experiences. The position requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level. You will create complex experiments, analyze results, and structure scalable programs across multiple channels. Ideally, you have worked in a large organization with a large portfolio of websites and you understand the opportunities and complexities and working in such a large organization.
In this position you will:
Own multi-channel Customer Engagement Lifecycle flow and Programmatic Contact Strategies.
Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive Providence Health & Services system customer engagement and retention.
Provide strategic guidance, leadership and partner with acquisition marketing and product marketing leads to fully optimize the marketing lifecycle.
Use marketing automation system to implement and test new messaging, lead nurturing and customer retention strategies.
Hands on creation, management and execution of successful closed-loop marketing campaigns utilizing the marketing automation platform.
Increase engagement and conversion via segmentation strategies using rules-based messaging to personalize customer communication.
Define audiences and build segmentation and engagement plans around key market segments.
Improve conversion rates by helping to plan and implement activity-triggered nurturing programs that target all stages of a patient’s online journey.
Analyze and report on the customer lifecycle holistically and optimize the marketing experience across all digital channels
Provide data-driven insights into the customer’s online journey and pain points.
Develop and utilize customer segmentation models to inform engagement marketing programs.
Innovate and implement test and learn strategies throughout the funnel. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements.
Lead the creation and management of dashboards trend campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and drive funnel advancement.
Drive data integrity and positive customer experiences by keeping data clean, and by creating data segmentation, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns.
Grow key metrics and reporting around recency, frequency, engagement and lifetime value of the Providence customer base.
Partner with the CRM & Analytics team to convert business requirements to technical requests, work to integrate new data sources and ensure all activities are measurable via clean tracking.
Serve as a technical and analytics leader within the digital marketing team.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of workplace experience, education and/or training.
8 years of engagement, data and email-marketing experience in a consumer-focused company with a demonstrated track record of driving results.
8 years of technical expertise in marketing analytics tools (SQL and Google Analytics experience required).
5 years of marketing automation experience, including strategy, implementation, analytics, and reporting.
Expertise in customer Lifecycle marketing management and a proven commercial record of developing customer facing contact strategies which drive customer tenure and revenue.
Ability to provide thought leadership on how customer engagement can support delivery of the business strategy.
Conversant in online marketing disciplines particularly, email and direct marketing.
Experience of techniques to measure attribution of customer lifecycle marketing on business metrics.
Experience building & deploying consumer trigger-based or automated marketing campaigns.
Experience working with an ESP on data integration, scaling a local-focused email program to system-levels.
Deep digital experience and knowledge across all types of CRM / email / mobile notification marketing programs, levers and best practices.
Outstanding analytical skills. Experience running A/B testing, experience managing large data sets and a solid understanding of metrics utilized in assessing digital marketing performance.
Experience integrating best practices within a team to optimize efficiency and performance.
Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
