Providence Senior Compliance Analyst: Customer Contracts (Remote) in Los Angeles, California

Description

Providence is calling a Senior Compliance Analyst: Customer Contracts who will:

  • Draft and negotiate administrative service agreements

  • Ensure administrative service agreements comply with organizational policies and procedures

  • Assist the Sales team with contract lifecycle management, including routine administration and execution

  • Maintain the contract management database, including a system for monitoring execution, renewals, notice requirements, term and termination, and ongoing maintenance of administrative service agreements

  • Provide contractual interpretations to internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Sales and Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Government Affairs departments in a manner that fosters effective working relationships and a positive work environment

  • Consult with internal resources as needed to fulfill these duties

  • Serve in a support role for the Sr. Director Risk Management by being a subject matter expert for administrative service agreements and the Company’s customers

  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

We welcome 100% remote work for residents living in the States of Oregon, Washington and California.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

  • 5 years experience with contracting, legal or related department experience including preparation, review, administration, maintenance, and monitoring of contracts and other legal documents; and demonstrating competence and the working knowledge and understanding of contract lifecycle management and the contracting environment

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Customer Contracts experience

  • Healthcare Industry experience

  • Experience with database implementation and administrative support
