Clinic Registered Nurse Supervisor - Network Administration $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Location: Napa, CA Work Schedule: Full time, 80 Bi-weekly hours Shift: 8-hour, Days

Supervisor, Clinic RN is responsible for all aspects of care delivered by back office staff within the office setting and accountable for the on-going assessment of competency for the clinical staff. The clinical supervisor reports to the site management, ensures compliance of policy and procedure, continually does system analysis for improvement.

Required qualifications:

  • Certificate of completion from an accredited school of nursing for licensed registered nursing.

  • Training must be appropriate to site needs.

  • 4 years Work experience within scope of practice.

  • 2 years In a lead / supervisory capacity.

  • Current California Registered Nurse license.

  • Current BCLS.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Leadership / supervisory background.
